These Terms & Conditions define the purchase, payment, production, delivery, return, and fitment policy for all custom forged wheels produced by GTRS FORGED WHEELS, S.R.L.

Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely online. We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Paynet
All prices are listed in EUR (€).
Orders are confirmed and released into production only after full payment has been successfully received and verified.
Order & Production
All GTRS wheels are fully custom forged and built to order, based on each client’s exact vehicle specifications, fitment, and selected finish.
Each client is guided through a precise configuration process to achieve optimal fitment, proportions, and overall visual balance.
Before production begins, the client receives a 3D design model for approval. This step ensures complete visual and technical alignment.
Production begins only after:
- Full payment confirmation
- Final design approval
Production time is approximately 18 working days.
Delivery options:
In case of any exceptional or unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery timelines, the client will be informed in advance prior to shipment.
All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all taxes and import duties are included.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom-built nature of GTRS products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect
- The product does not match the confirmed and approved order specifications
In such cases, GTRS will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns or refunds are not applicable for reasons related to personal preference, subjective expectations, or configurations approved by the client prior to production.
Fitment & Responsibility
GTRS ensures wheel compatibility for the vehicle specified in the order, based on standard factory specifications.
Our team provides expert guidance to achieve the best possible fitment and stance. However, final configuration choices approved by the client remain the client’s responsibility.
If a configuration is selected based on personal preference (including size, width, offset, or concavity), the client assumes full responsibility for the final visual outcome and alignment.
If the vehicle has been modified from its original factory condition — including but not limited to:
- Aftermarket brake systems
- Suspension modifications
- Spacers or other fitment-related adjustments
and these modifications were not disclosed prior to production, GTRS does not assume responsibility for the final fitment result.
