Warranty & Certifications

GTRS forged wheels are produced to vehicle-specific specifications and inspected before dispatch. The warranty and available technical documentation depend on the wheel construction, specification and intended application.

GTRS forged wheels are produced from 6061-T6 aluminium according to the approved construction and vehicle-specific specification.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

GTRS provides a lifetime structural warranty for the original purchaser under normal road use. The warranty applies to the structural integrity of the wheel and covers structural cracking, deformation and structural degradation when the wheel is used with the correct vehicle specification and GTRS-confirmed fitment. Finish protection is covered separately below.

Finish Protection

The powder clear coat finish carries a minimum four-year warranty under normal use and is resistant to normal UV exposure and regular vehicle washing.

Avoid extremely aggressive wheel-cleaning chemicals. Cleaning products considered safe for the vehicle body are generally suitable for the wheels.

Track Use

The forged wheel structure is designed to retain its integrity under normal track-use temperatures when used with the correct vehicle specification and GTRS-confirmed fitment.

Quality Control Before Dispatch

Every wheel set is inspected before dispatch. Fitment, finish and visible condition are reviewed before packing, and quality control photos or video are provided before shipment.

JWL / VIA Documentation

JWL compliance applies where documented. VIA testing or registration applies per wheel model and configuration where documentation exists.

Load Rating

Documented GTRS wheel load ratings typically range from 860 to 920 kg per wheel, depending on the model and specification.

Engineering Documentation

An engineering or FEA report can be prepared on request for €240, where available for the relevant application.

Warranty Exclusions

The structural warranty does not cover impact or accident damage, incorrect installation or fitment, or unauthorized machining or modification.

Finish protection does not cover damage caused by unsuitable chemicals or improper maintenance.
